Individuals who agree to appear as guests on any podcast offered by the Company agree to transfer all intellectual property rights they may have in any such interviews to the Company and further provide a license to any rights they are unable to assign.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program(s). You must also demonstrate and include proof that you have attempted to implement the program without success. Proof must include copies of your filled out worksheets, guidebooks, handouts, etc. included in the program(s).
Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
