Mornings can be tough, but the tough get going on the right foot with these tips:
1- Set realistic, repeatable, routines that set your day up for productivity and a healthy mental state.
2- Take a few minutes each morning to answer the questions: “What do I need to do, what am I looking forward to, and how can I make the most of the day?”
3- Grab a moment or two outside. A short walk or jog, grabbing coffee al Fresca, or anything that gets fresh air into your lungs.
4- Have a good breakfast. The fuel you put into your tank does make a difference.
