Many people are frustrated by uncertainty and complexity in their jobs. I use Agile principles to provide clear and simple strategies so that you can win at work!

Prioritize your personal backlog using the Eisenhower Box!
The 5-Star general was famous for getting things done and his simple method is something you can adopt or adapt.

The Eisenhower Box Prioritization Method:
1. Urgent and important tasks are done now
2. Important non-urgent tasks are scheduled
3. Urgent but non-important tasks are delegated
4. Non-urgent & non-important tasks are ignored

This simple method can be adapted and modified to fit your needs and customized to streamline your decision-making process.

If you see any ways to apply this to your personal backlog please leave a comment.

If you have a question regarding how this can work for you feel free to ask!

Cheers,
Joe
